I personally believe that energy work, in all of its forms, is one of the most helpful ways to transform your life. Whether its
about changing your life on a huge level, such as leaving your career for a new one or letting go of an addiction or just shifting
it to be more comfortable and to be able to enjoy your life as you were meant too.
For me a day with out energy work is like a day with out water, I may get thur it, but the condition I will be in by the end of the
day is not exactly in my best interest. For me Energy work encompasses allot of different things, but at its root, I believe that
grounding and having a meditation practice are extremely important.
I do most of my Energy work in the studio pictured below, it is located in Sebastopol on a quiet and healing horse ranch.
Although I am happy to make house calls for those with special needs.

Guided Meditation
This is one of my favorite ways to work with people, I find it to be very effective. There are several different approaches we can
use for this type of work. To begin I teach you specific meditation techniques that you can practice on a daily basis to
compliment the work that we will be doing together.
In guided meditation I take you through a series of visualizations and meditative exercises to help you access the inner most
part of yourself. This process helps you to become clearer on what it is you would like to look at, work on, understand better
or to just be able to let "it" go.
I literally help you move through layers of energy. Its allot like peeling the layers of an onion back to get to the core. An over
used analogy yes, but a good one. The outer most layers are the things that are generally obvious to you. And example would
be, that you struggle with anxiety or depression. Anxiety or depression would be the obvious outer layer. But what drives that
anxiety or depression is not that outer layer, but rather something deeper, something more elusive. We also explore through
mediation what your relationship is to that issue, because we always have one. It exists on its own. We keep these issues
with us for a reason. Its that reason that generally eludes us. As we work the energy guided meditation we begin to peel
back the layers at a pace that is comfortable for you, until we get to the core of the issue.
Once you consciously experience the core or root of what drives the issue, you have choices. From that place I help you
determine what next step might be most helpful for you.
I use the example of anxiety and depression, but energy work can help with any aspect of your life that you would like more
clarity on. Job changes, martial shifts, healing crisis, or expanding your awareness and ability to heal. The list goes on for
days, these are just some common examples.

Healing
Often times, we as humans, get very stuck in the physical reality of our bodies and in the physical reality of the world around
us. Our energy stops flowing freely through our energetic system and our bodies let us know that there is a blockage
somewhere, by showing us through pain, mental discomfort, illness or just a sense of lack.
When your energy is running smoothly through your energetic system and body, your life is generally running smoothly too.
When your energy is blocked, generally something with in your life is blocked as well.
My goal as a healer is to assist your body & energetic system in releasing energy that no longer serves you and your highest
potential. I do this by facilitating the healing. I am not healing you but rather I am helping your body to wake up and
remember how to heal itself.
Healings are in a nut shell, universal life force energy channeled into your body & energetic system for your body & spirit to
use as it sees fit. Healings go by many different names, Hands on Healing, Reiki, Energetic healings, and so on, but from my
perspective, its all really the same thing. Simply put, energy that is moving within the body and spiritual field, is a healing.
My style of healing is a hands on healing where life force energy is channeled through my hands into your body. However if
you are not comfortable being touched for any reason, I am happy to facilitate the healing hands off. It is just as effective, its
simply that most people find the hands on connection more comforting.
Healing sessions last about an hour. We can have a specific focus for the healing or it can be more generalized, either is
fine. Most everyone finds energetic healings to be a very relaxing & empowering experience.
I charge 75.00 per hour. I offer a reduced rate of 60.00 per hour for on going weekly or bi weekly sessions.
Readings
My style of psychic reading is more therapeutic than prediction. I use a combination of abilities when I read. I use my
Clairvoyance (seeing images and pictures), I use my Clairaudience (hearing spirit), Clairsentience (ability to feel what
another human or animal feels), and Intuition (ability to just know).
I typically work with individuals who are searching for answers and information about their lives or their pet’s lives.
I enjoy helping people work thru their own layers of information to get to their own truths about a subject, an issue, a
question. We all have our own answers; sometimes we just need the validation of an outsider to help us see our own way,
clearly.
Readings are available in person at my Studio in Sebastopol, California. Readings can be tape recorded for you to keep if you
are interested in that.
