Services & Rates
Paddock - 400.00 per month Stalls with daily turnout - 450.00
- Paddocks are cleaned 7 days a week.
- Stalls cleaned daily & stalled horses turned out daily- weather permitting,
unless confined for medical Layup.
- Free choice Hay - Teff/Rye/Oat/Orchard Grass Hay refreshed 2 times daily.
- The horses have access to hay 24/7.
- We purchase our hay yearly, so your horse will have a consistent diet.
- If your horse has special needs we are happy to meet them.
- For horses who are on an all mash diet, we will mix and feed twice daily, we
can separate your horse at feeding time if needed. Owner must supply the
pelleted complete feed. (Due to the labor intensive nature of mash feeding we
do not reduce the monthly board to compensate the hay that is not eaten by
your horse)
- Free choice Organic minerals and salt provided 24/7.

- Feeding of owners bagged grains/supplements.
- Big stock tanks in each paddock, with auto waters. Tanks fully cleaned 2 times
a month.
- The water your horse will be drinking is filtered.
- We will hold your horse for his/her vet or farrier appointment at no charge
(upto 2 times a year, after that a fee of 20.00 for each visit)
- We will administer in feed medications as directed by owner at no charge. For
Oral or IM meds an additional fee will apply. Price will be determined by freq.

- Blanketing and fly masks as requested by owner.
- We will spray your horse daily with owner supplied fly spray
(as long as your horse is fly spray trained).
- We use fly predators to keep the fly population under control.
- Owners live on site – Your horse will be visually checked at least 2 times a day.
- Your horse will be cared for as one of our own.
- Vacation exercise available at extra charge. If you are going out of town we

- We also offer Medical Lay up and Full Care Retirement
- 24 hour access to on call vet

Our Monthly Rate: Paddocks - 400.00 per month
Stalls - 450.00 per month
Services available for an additional fee:
- Rotational worming every 2 months - 20.00 per worming
- Sand Clear/Equi-Aid provided and fed to your horse 7 consecutive days each
month - 25.00 per month
- Your horse groomed 4 times a week - 60.00 per month
-Curried, brushed, hooves picked, & bridle path/whiskers clipped
- Exercise in the round pen
Once a week, 20 minute session - 40.00 per month
Twice a week 20 minute session - 75.00 per month
3 times a week 20 minute session - 105.00 per month
- For barefoot horses or horses transitioning to barefoot, we offer the following
services.
- Help with scheduling appts. with barefoot trimmer - no charge
- Rasping your horses hooves in between appts. to keep them in
optimum condition - 15.00 per session
- Soaking your horses hooves in hoof bath - 2 times weekly - 25.00 per
month.
- Hand walking your horse 15 minutes 5 days a week - 5.00 per walk or 75.00
per month.
