Paddock: $ 425.00
Private paddock with 12 x 12 stall/shelter: $475.00
Stalls for Layup: $575.00
•Paddocks are cleaned 7 days a week.
•Stalls cleaned daily & stalled horses turned out daily- weather permitting, unless
confined for medical Layup.
•If you would like your horses out door shelter bedded with shavings, we can do this.
Cost is based on amount of shavings you would like added.
•We feed low sugar tested Orchard Grass/Teff Grass. Hay is refreshed 2 times daily.
We utilize slow feeders for horses who aren't accustomed to having free choice hay.
•All boarders have access to custom mineral balancing for their horse. This is
included in regular board.
•If your horse has special needs we are happy to meet them - additional fee may
apply.
•For horses who are on an all mash diet (no hay at all), we will mix and feed twice
daily, we can separate your horse at feeding time if needed. Owner must supply the
pelleted complete feed. (Due to the labor intensive nature of mash feeding we do not
reduce the monthly board to compensate the hay that is not eaten by your horse)
•For horses on a mash (owner supplied pellets) and hay diet - we will mix and feed
mash twice daily and supply hay twice daily - a fee of 75.00 per month additional will
apply
•If your horse requires that his or her hay be soaked before feeding an additional fee
of 40.00 per month will apply.
•If you would like the ranch to prepare your horses daily supplement bags, we can do
that for an additional fee of 40.00 per month. Owner supplies the supp's
•Free choice salt provided
•Feeding of owners grains/supplements once daily included - more than once daily
additional fee of 40.00 per month will apply .
•Big stock tanks in each paddock, with auto waters. Tanks fully cleaned 2 times a
month.
•The water your horse will be drinking is filtered.
•We will hold your horse for his/her vet or farrier appointment at no charge.
•Blanketing and fly masks as requested by owner.
•We will spray your horse daily with owner supplied fly spray.
•We use fly predators to keep the fly population under control.
•Owners live on site – Your horse will be visually checked a minimum of 2 times a day.
•Your horse will be cared for as one of our own.
•Vacation exercise available at extra charge. If you are going out of town we will be
happy to help out just let us know.
•We also offer Rehab/Lay up and Full Care Retirement - contact me for specific pricing
•24 hour access to on call vet - Cotati Large Animal Hospital
•We have regular visits from the Chiropractor, Massage Therapist(she does
human chair massages some days at the ranch), Barefoot trimmer, Dentist & routine
vet appointments.
•We also take blankets in one or two times a year for cleaning, this is an additional
charge, but saves time for the owner.
